the foreclosure transaction.  It had been previously listed by a real estate agent and when The Kristin 

Stampini Team was asked to sell this property they had multiple offers in a few days and closed it very 

quickly for the most amount of money.   The buyer was an FHA buyer and bought the property at full list 

price.  

The Boca Rio North home built in 1985 was listed in March of 2016 and put under contract in May of
